The fence exception provides for a seven-foot high wood fence with an additional 12 inches of redwood lattice between your property and the property at 1766 Regina Way It has been determined that the requested fence exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the City; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a fence exception has been approved. The fence exception is granted for the above referenced address. A copy of the approved plan is enclosed.
