Rincon Avenue Dear Mr. and Mrs. 'Lange: The Community Development Director, upon recommendation from the Public Works Director, has determined that the requested Fence Exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout from a maintenance and use standpoint; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the City; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved. The Fence Exception is granted for the rear (southern) property line and a portion of the side (eastern and western) property lines, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain a building permit from the Campbell Building Division. The fence shall not exceed eight (8) feet two (2) inches in height. The approved design consists of a six (6) foot high board on board "good neighbor" wood fence with two (2) feet of lattice and a two (2) inch cap on top. 3.
