Dear Mr. Woodworth: We have reviewed the site plan for lands of Williams on McGlincey Lane adjacent to McGlincey Perc Ponds, File S8l-06 sent to us on January 22. The existing District fee right of way is shown on the enclosed marked Assessor page and is fenced with a 6-foot chain link fence. If the fence is disturbed or damaged during site construction, it shall be replaced or repaired in kind. ' No overbank drainage into the perc ponds can be allowed. Therefore, all surface and roof drainage should be incorporated into an existing storm drainage system. In accordance with District Ordinance 75-6, the owner should now show any existing welles) on the plans and inform us regarding their proposed use. Please contact Mr. David Zozaya at 299-2454 for information about well permits. Because it can affect the operation and maintenance of the channel, we request that grading adjacent to District right of way be done in accordance with District Detail Sheets 20-20B.
