Mr. Arthur A. Kee
Planning Director
City of Campbell
75 North Central Avenue
Campbell, California 95008
Attention Mr. Richard L. Schneider
Planner II
Dear Mr. Kee:
We have reviewed the site plan for an industrial building, Lands
of Burton adjacent to the McGlincy Percolation System, File Number
S78-8 sent to us on February 23, 1978.
-
The site is within the watershed of Los Gatos Creek and would not
be subjected to flooding from any District facility in the event
of a 1% flood.
The plan shows construction of the proposed industrial building
4 inches from the District's percolation pond right of way which
is fenced with link fence. A detail (cross-section) showing the
location of the building and foundation with respect to the fence
and right of way is needed. The fencing along the building could
be removed as the building would serve as a suitable substitute
for the fence.
Drainage into the percolation pond cannot be allowed.
..-
In accordance with District Ordinance 75-6, the owner should show
any existing well(s) on the plans and inforn us regarding their
proposed use. Please contact Mr. Zozaya on extension 379 for
information about well permits.
Prior to construction, please send detailed site grading and
improvement plans for our review and issuance of a permit.
Sincerely yours,
C::;:::'.".:.. ~:';fGNE:D BY1
