Final map thereof shall be filed with the City Engineer for examination.

Subdivision Map Act.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. File a parcel map in accordance with the provisions of the State
Subdivision Map Act.
2. Install standard street improvements in E. McGlincey Ln.
3. Any and all industrial use of Parcel 2, including storage of
vehicles, supplies or cargo containers must cease, and the area
of Parcel 2 cleared, prior to filing Final Map; since access to
Parcel 2 is limited to Regas Drive. a residential street.
