respectively (the "Project")
ARV Assisted Livins, Inc. ("AKV"), in its capacity as either tho owner or managing general
partner of the owner of the above-noted Project, is attempting to close a refinancing loan tran.e~tion
with the Depamnent of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") ("Lender") involving the Project.
AS a condition to closing the loan, thc Lender has required that ARV obtain a zoning and code
compliance letter, in the form attached.
ARV refinanced this property in O~tober of 1998, at which time your office assisted us in the
prc~u'ation of a zoning certifi~te for the project. For ease of reference, enclosed is a copy of the
certificate your office provided to ARV in 1998.
Please prepare thc new zoning letter on your letterhead in the requested format and address it
to the I-fUD office referenced in the form letter provided. The original should be mailed directly to
