Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one !lundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No bui Iding permi t' sh'all be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

Application of Enfantino and Toschi for approval of 4-unit
apartn~nt on property located at 670 Nello Drive.
(See Map #6 attached)
This lot is zoned R-2-S and meets all open space and parking require-
ments.
Staff recommends approval, subject to the folVJwing condi tions:
1. Fep~ing and landscape plan, indicating types of plant
material not specified, and plans for watering system
to be submitted for approval of Planning Director at
time of application for Building Permit.
2. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $500 to be
posted to iasure fencing, landscaping and striping of
ou~side p~rking area within three months of completion
of ~onstruction, or applicant may file a written agree-
ment to complete landscaping and fencing prior to re-
ceiving final Building Department clearance.
3. An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded
by a 6' high solid wall or fence shall be constructed
to house trash container in location approved by Planning
Director and Fire Department.
The applicant is notified, as part of this approval, that he is
required to meet the follm'ling condi~ions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell:
4. Parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
S. Construction of underground utilities as required by
Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
6. Applicant to obtain excavation permit for driveway approach.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all other
applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which
pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
