RESOLUTION NO. 5746
BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR CASA BONITA, 290 NORTH SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer
that all improvements at 290 North San Tomas Aquino Road have been
completed in accordance with that agreement entered into November 21,
1974, concerning said Development; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the street
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
street improvements for the development at 290 North San Tomas
Aquino Road be hereby accepted and that the City Engineer is hereby
ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said improvements.

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application fo~ same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in tpe manner provided
for in this Chapter.

foot setback along easterly property line.
2. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in "red" on
plans.
3. landscape plan indicating type of plant material. location of hose bibs
or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for ap.proval of
the Planning Director at time of application for building permit.

meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of Campbell.
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with Section
21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spaces to be provided
with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
8. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070 of
the Campbell Municipal Code.
c. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall indicate
clearly the location of all connections for underground utilities, including
water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables. etc.
D. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the sign
ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application is approved
and permit issued by the building department.
E. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse. garbage. wet garbage
and rubb ish produced wi th i n the 1 i mi ts of the City of Campbe 11 sha 11 be
made with Green Villley Disposal Company. This requirement applies to
aJ) single family dwellings. multiple Clpartment units, to all commer'cial;
business, industriCll, manufacturing and construction establishments.

Acceptance of Improvements.
Gentlemen:
We have made a final inspection of subject public works construction
and find it acceptable and in conformance with City standards. Ac-
cordingly, we have recommended the acceptance of the work to the
City Council. We will send you a copy of their resolution accept-
ing the work upon their approval of same.
In accordance with your agreement with the City, a one (1) year
maintenance period is required. We are hereby releasing that re-
quirement since the improvements have apparently been completed
for a substantial length of time. All bonds on these improvements
can, therefore, be terminated.
