399 Llewellyn Ave. (79-13) ORDINANCE NO. 1262 j31:~ BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING PUNS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PUNdED DEVEWPMENT ZONE ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (APPLICATION OF MR. STEVE EVARKIOU AND BEST PRODUCTS, INC. , PD 79-13). The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached "Exhibit A" entitled Plans and Elevations, "Exhibi t B" enti tled Development Schedule, "Exhibi t C" enti tled Map of Said Property, and "Exhibit D" entitled Conditions of Approval, as per the application of Mr. Steve Evarkiou and Best Products, Inc., for approval of plans, elevations and development schedule to allow construction of a parking lot on property known as 399 Llewellyn Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of said Exhibits are on file in the Office of the Planning Department. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
