429 Llewellyn Ave. (80-3) ORDINANCE NO. 1293 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOP- MENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTAB- LISHED BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (APPLICATION OF MR. CLIFFORD BECK, PD 80-3). The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached "Exhibit A" entitled "Plans and Elevations", "Exhibit B", entitled "Development Schedule", "Exhibit C" entitled "Map of Said Property", and "Exhibit D" entitled "Conditions of Approval", as per the application of Mr. Clifford Beck for approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow construction of a professional office building on property known as 429 Llewellyn Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of said Exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this develop- ment and are not herein specified. Acker City Clerk EFFECTIVE DATE:~ RESOLUTION NO. 1909 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON- STRUCTION OF A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 429 LLEWELLYN AVENUE IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT, PD 80-3. Plans, elevations and development schedule for a professional office building to be located on property known as 429 Llewellyn Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Clifford Beck. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on May 23, 1980, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improve- ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of plans, elevations, and development shcedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
