Dear Mr. Woodworth:
This will confirm our tel~phone conference this date
concerning a proposed Certificate Of Compliance for the
property immediately contiguous to and westerly of 700
McGlincey Lane.
This request is made specifically with reference
to Government Code Section 66499.35.
The present record owner of that parcel, The Pipeyard,
Inc., is contemplating a sale of the industrially zoned
section of the property, which extends in a generally
northerly direction to McGlincey Lane from a line running
in approximately an east-west direction dividing the property
on your general plan as between Rl to the south and industrial
to the north.
It is my understanding from you that if our engineer
provides the appropriate legal description, and if your
investigation determines that the real property, as to
which the Certificate Of Compliance is requested, complies
with the relevant sections of the Government Code and
of your local ordinances, the Certificate Of Compliance
will issue in due course.
In order to further identify the property to which
this letter is addressed, your records will disclose that

a tentative subdivision map has been previously approved
for the contiguous property to the east owned by Willard L.
Chalmers and Betty G. Chalmers, the northerly boundary
of the tentative subdivision extends westerly, as to your
general plan and predetermined zoning, across the property
for which the request for a Certificate Of Compliance
will be made.
I will appreciate your advice at your reasonably
early convenience to the effect that the foregoing understanding
is correct and that there are no obvious problems in connection
with issuing a Certificate Of Compliance in due course.

Dear Jim:
On behalf of our client, Bill Chalmers, we desire to adjust the lot line
between parcels A and B of that certain parcel map recorded in book 316 of
map at page 9, Santa Clara County record. Title reports on these parcels
are enclosed for your use.
The attached plat shows the existing and proposed lot line. This
adjustment is necessary to comply with the City ordinance for minimum lot
sizes for that portion of parcel "A", which is currently being developed
as a residential tract.
Will you please review this plat in order that a certificate of compliance
may be issued.
