2. Landscape pI all indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for
approval of the Planning Director at time of application for
building permit.
3. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $1,000 to be posted
to insure lanscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within
three (3) months of completion of construction~ or applicont
may file written agreement to complete landscaping,fencing and
striping of parking area prior to final buIlding departmellt
clearClnce.

5. An enclosllr'e of sufficient size to house all trash containers con-'
sisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a six foot high solid
wall or fence shall be constructed in an area approved by the
fire department. Said enclosure to have six foot self-closing
gates.
6. Building to be reduced in length so as to provide a ten foot
rear yard as required by Ordinance.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Ca!11flbell.
A. All parkin~ and driveway are2S to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B. Underground utilities to be pro~ided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check
shall indicate clearly the locatiol! of all connections for
unde1'grollnd utilities including water, sewer, electric,
telephone and tclcvisio~cables, ete;
D. Sign application to be submitted in accor.dance Hith provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and pCl'lnit issued by the

E. Applicant to obtain excavation perDlit fop drivcHay approach
modificCltion.
F. Applicant to pay storm drain fee in the amount of $290.00.
