FOLLOWING ARE THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF
YOUR PLANS FOR AN ADDITION OF A DUPLEX TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON PROPERTY

1.
Dedication to 45 foot sideline on Pollard Road.
2. Owner to enter into Agreement and post Faithful
Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of future street
improvements on Pollard Road.
3. Applicant to pay Storm Drain Fee in the amount of
$1,450.00
4. Future development of this property to conform to
the proposed street pattern indicated on the subdiv-
ision map presented by Mr. Sano in support of the
reques ted deve lopmen t. (Street width required for
this proposed type of development will be reduced
to 41 feet.)
This approval shall explre one hundred eighty (180) days after date of
approval unless an extension for such approval is obtained by making
written application to the Planning Department at least fifteen (15)
days prior to the expiration of such approval.
