The proposed fence exception would provide an additional 12 inches of redwood lattice on top of the existing fence between your property and the property at 1580 Summerfield Drive The additional fence height starts at the northeast comer of the property and extends to the second gate, for a distance not to exceed 58 feet. It has been determined that the requested fence exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the City; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a fence exception has been approved. The fence exception is granted for the above referenced address, subject to the following condition: 1. The fence (including lattice) will not exceed six feet, two inches in height and will be constructed to match the existing fence in material and color, and in accordance with the approved plans.
