Dear Ms. Lenzora:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2003-54) for the
refacing of an existing monument sign an'd the installation of a new wall sign at 187 E.
Sunnyoaks Avenue. The new wall sign is a single face, internally illuminated cabinet wall sign
with a 50 square-foot sign face reading "GE Storage Centers". It has a red background with
white letters and GE logo and will be mounted on the front of the building facing Dell Avenue.
This sign permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division,
prior to sign installation.
2. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated
approved on May 8, 2003
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
