Sunnyoaks Avenue Dear Mr. Harder: Please find enclosed setback information for accessory buildings for your residential parcel which is zone R-l-6. This information requires that the storage building that has been placed in the driveway are of your lot must be attached to the main residence as an addition or located on the rear half of the lot. This requirement was not discussed with your son at the counter on October 21, 2002. There is also a requirement that separate buildings on the same lot must be separated a distance of the height of the taller building wall being separated on the lot.
