THIRD STREET IN A P-D/H (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/HISTORIC OVERLAY) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF SUSAN BLAKE AND BARRY SHTLMAN. FILE NO. PLN2002-134. After notification and public hearing, as specified by law, and after presentation by the Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Historic Preservation Board did find as follows with respect to application PLN2002-134: 1. This 66-inch diameter, 70-year-old Redwood tree is on the Historic Preservation Board Tree Survey, which was completed in 2002. 2. This 66-inch diameter, 70-year-old Redwood tree represents an outstanding specimen of a desirable species. o The tree proposed for Heritage Tree Designation is one of significant age and/or girth and located within the jurisdiction of the City of Campbell on a property which is included on the City's Historic Resources Inventory. Based on the foregoing findings of fact, the Historic Preservation Board further finds and concludes that: 1. The Tree is unique and important to the Community; and No substantial evidence has been presented from which a reasonable argument could be made that shows that the Heritage Tree Designation will have a significant adverse impact on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Historic Preservation Board bestows Heritage Tree Designation (PLN2002-134) upon a 66-inch diameter, 70-year-old redwood tree on property owned by Susan Blake and Barry Shilman located at 84 N.
