21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approvvJ granted under this section shall expire one year after
tile date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making ~i:,itten applicat ion fOl' S2r':(~
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to tl10
expiration date of such approval.
No bui1dine permit shall be issued after the expiration date of allV
approval until a new approval has been obtallled in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.
