The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follov:s:

entitled 'JI-idp of Said Propertyl', as per application of Ir;:; El1ison for C1r;proval
of plarls, elevations, and development schedule for the conversion af a single
family residence into a duplex and construction of an additional carport on
property located at 491 \lest Rincon Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning
District.
Said approval granted subject to the following conditions:
A. Carport structure shal I be of a design to be approved by the Planning
Director, and shall be simi lar in appearance to the existing parking structure.
B. All mechanical equipment located on roofs shall be screened as approved
by the Planning Director.
C. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
D. U:)dergrollnd utilities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070
of the Campbell Hunicipal Code.
E. Plans subrni tted to the bui lding department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground utilities
including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, etc.
F. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with prOVISions of the
sign ordin2nce for al I signs. No sign to be installed until application is
approved dnd permit issued by the building department.
G. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell ~hJl)icipal Code stipulates that uny
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage and
rubbish produced within the limits of the City of Cai11pbell shall be IIlClde with
Green Valley DispOSed Company. This requirement applies to all single family
dh'ellings, multiple apartl:lCnt untis, to all cOlll:llcrcial, bu~;'iness, industrial,
manllfncturing, and construction establ ishl11cnts.
H. Trash contain('r(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
developnK'llt shall be IOccltcd in arcc)(s) af)prOVCu by the fire department.
Unless oth('n"is~~ noted, enclosure(:,) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded
by cJ solid WillI or fence .::md h.J\'e self-closing doors of a size specified by the
