Based upon the recommendation of the Public Works Director an exception has been granted subject to the following conditions: · Any new fencing over 6 feet in height will require building permits and The proposed fencing on Lot 1 along the Westmont Avenue fi-ontage is not approve& This fencing may be 7 feet in height but it shall maintain a 15' setback to the street fi'ontage and property line along Westrnont Aveaue.
