The Community Development Depatauont bas reviewed your fencing request for 7' good neighbor style fences on the above
referenced properties. Based upon the recommendation of the Public Works Director an exception has been granted subject to
the following conditions:
· Any new fencing over 6 feet in height will require building permits and
The proposed fencing on Lot 1 along the Westmont Avenue fi-ontage is not approve& This fencing may be 7 feet in
height but it shall maintain a 15' setback to the street fi'ontage and property line along Westrnont Aveaue. A low open
decorative fence with a maximum height of 3'6" is mmnunended along this strut frontage.
