Final map thereof shall be filed with the City Engineer for examination,
approval and recordation in accordance with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Obtain dedication from parcel 403-19-026 of missing right-of-way
for Robnick Court.
2. Dedicate right-of-way to widen Robnick Court to 25 feet from
center line and Harriet Avenue to 30 feet from center line.
3. Install street improvements in Robnick Court and Harriet Avenue.
4. Pay storm drain area fee of $1,875.
5. Pay a fee in lieu of dedication of lands for parks of $8,151
($2,717 per lot).
6. Process and record a parcel map to create the three lots.
7. Existing structures are to be removed prior to final map
approval.

Resolution - authorizing execution of .an agreement
with Robnick Court Associates for street improvements
in Robnick Court.
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt a resolution to execute
an agreement with Robnick Court Associates to install street
improvements in Robnick Court and Harriet Avenue.
DISCUSSION: On June 27,1989 the City approved a tentative parcel
map for a 3 lot subdivision a~ 1391 Harriet Avenue. One of the
conditions of approval required the subdivider to install
improvements in Robnick Court and Harriet Avenue. This agreemtnt
obligates the subdivider to install the improvements. They have
posted surety guaranteeing the performance of the agreement.
