We have reviewed the tentative map. The main sewer within
the Tract will have to be a public one with the necessary
grant of easement on the map. The sanitary sewer may be
superimposed on the grading plan; a 4-inch building sewer
for each unit will have to be stubbed and plugged within
5 feet of the building line.
We are forwarding a copy of the tentative map to Mission
Engineers with a layout of the sanitary sewer system shown
on it.
Prior to checking the improvement plans, the plan check
fee, $150.00, will be due.
At the time the plans are approved the following will be
due:
