HACO INC., ZC 82-06).
The City Comcil of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Hap of the City of Campbell, being a
part of the Campbell MUnicipal Code, together with amendments thereto, is
hereby changed and amended by adopting Exhibit A entitled Plans and Ele-
vations, Exhibit B entitled Development Schedule, Exhibit C entitled
~fup of Said Property, and Exhibit D entitled Conditions of Approval,
as per the application of Hr. Randy Stevens, HACO Inc., on property known
as 72, 112 and 114 Shelley Avenue. Copies of said exhibits are on file
in the Office of the Planning Department.
SECTION 1WO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within
fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Press, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of
Santa Clara.

mANGE TO TIlE ZONING MAP AS SillhN IN EXHIBIT A
(APPLICATION OF MR. RANDY STEVENS, HAm, INC.,
ZC 82-06).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after pre-
sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
Planning Corronission did detennine that the change as shO\~ in Exhibit A,
attached, should be made to the Zoning Hap based on the fOllowing
findings:
1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan which shows "Low-Hedium
'funsity Residential" for the subject property (72, 112,
and 144 Shelley Avenue).
2. The proposed zone change from Planned Development to
Condominium District would allow the development of
14 condominiums.
3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood
of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the
general welfare of the City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land
Use Element.
The Plarming Connnission of the City of Campbell reconmends that the City
Comcil enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective
the recomnended changes to the Zoning f-.1ap.
