Attention: Leslie
Dear Leslie:
Enclosed please find the Maintenance Bond that was requested on St. Anthony's
Place, tract #7386. This bond will run thru March, 1985.
I am sending these to the Public Works Dept so that we may get a letter
of exoneration for this development that will enable the Bond Company
to release our performance bond. As I said before the renewals for our
performance bonds are 12/17/84 so, if you could get a letter of exoneration
off to them prior to 11/17/84 it would be very helpful.
Sheila Stevens at DICO has asked that the letter of exoneration be addressed
directly to them. Their name and address is: Developers Insurance Company,
INSCO Insurance Services, Inc, P. O. Box 1519, Lafayette, CA 94549. Please
send to the attention of: Sheila Stevens.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to glve me a call at
408-379-3027. Thanks for all your help Leslie.

RE: TRACT NO. 7386
Gentlemen:
John Baxter of County Communications called'our office on liarch
25 to complain that no clearance had been obtained for the use
of Saint Anthony's Place as a street name. Apparently there is
already a street so named somewhere near the intersection of
Hamilton and Meridian. The County prefers to have a greater
distance than this between two streets with the same name.
The easiest way to handle a name change at this stage would be
with a certificate of correction. If you have any questions,
please contact the undersigned.

Re Proposed Tract

Lands of Chargin (APN 413-25-87 & 88)
Campbell
Attention
James Penoyer
We have reviewed the tentative map. Sanitary sewer service
is available in Shelley Avenue.
The sewer can be extended into this proposed development
from the existing sewer in Shelley Avenue.
The City has plans to install a storm drain on the South
side of Shelley Avenue. The depth of the main will be
critical however, it appears that a 4.5 foot of cover can
be maintained with a minimum scope of the main @ 0.006.
A Sanitary sewer easement will have to be granted on the
map under the owner's certificate and included within the
statement for the P.S.E.
The fees due this District are 6% plan check fee and inspection
deposit. Fees and deposit are based on the estimated construc-
tion cost.
Frontage fee
Acreage fee
180' @ $ 15.00/ft
0.46 acs @ $250/ac
=
$2700.00
$ 115.00

The acreage and frontage fees are effective until July 1, 1982.
