To date we have not been able to secure financing to build the project, inclucing street improvements, due to the interest rates. The approval of the City Council to build expired some time ago and approval to build has been requested but as of this date has not been given to our knowledge. It appears that if the housing market and interest rates are not compatable in the future we will redesign the project to accomodate the market.
