RE: UP 80-30
1165-69 SMITH AVENUE
Dear Don:
The City of Campbell proposes to install a 15-inch R.C.P. storm
main in Smith Avenue from San Tomas Aquino Road to approximately
100 feet west of the above-referenced property. Housing and
Community Development (HCD) funds have been allocated for this
project.
Our current schedule calls for asking the City Council to ap-
prove plans and specifications April 13, 1981, with the award
of the contract taking place May 11, 1981. Construction should
start shortly thereafter.
Several storm systems are included in this project, and we plan
to ask the contractor to start with the Smith Avenue storm line.
Should you have any further questions, please contact me at your
convenience.
Very truly yours,
James Penoyer
