Gentlemen:
This letter is in response to a request by Mr. Bob Sueda
on behalf of your church regarding the parkway planting
on Michael Drive.
Permission is hereby granted to retain the oleander bushes
in the parkway. The existing bushes must be cleaned up and
trimmed to make a neat hedge no more than 3~-inches high.
The open areas must be filled in with new plants and the
hedge must be extended to the northerly property line.
As a further condition of this approval, the church must
maintain the hedge in a neat and presentable manner.

RESOLUTION NO. 6704
BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IM-
PROVEMENTS AT 40 UNION AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City
Engineer that all improvements at 40 Union Avenue have
been completed in accordance with that agreement en-
tered into July 31, 1969, by and between the Oriental
Missionary Society Santa Clara Valley Holiness Church
and the City of Campbell, concerning said development;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the improvements at 40 Union Avenue be, and the same are
hereby, accepted, and that the City Engineer is hereby
ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said im-
provements.

MENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE
ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL

The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A entitled Plans
and Elevations, Exhibit B entitled Development Schedule, Exhibit C
entitled Map of Said Property, and Exhibit D entitled Conditions of
Approval, as per the application of Mr. Hoji Wada on behalf of the
Santa Clara Valley Japanese Christian Church for approval of plans,
elevations and development schedule to allow construction of a 3,000
square foot addition to an existing church on property known as
40 Union Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of
said Exhibits are on file in the Office of the Planning Department.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)
days following its passage and adoption and shall be published once
within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell
Press, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell,
County of Santa Clara.

with Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All
parking spaces to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs
or bumper guards.

20.16.070 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground

Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that

wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the city
of Campbell shall be made with Green Valley 'Disposal Company.
This requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, multiple
apartment units, to all commercial, business, industrial,
manufacturing, and construction establishments.

development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire
Department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist
of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and
have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
