Dear Ms. Kobasic:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-130) for
the reface of an existing freestanding sign and one new wall mounted sign located at 50
Curtner Avenue. The new wall sign consists of an internally illuminated cabinet sign
reading "Extra Space Storage" and is 49.75 square feet.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division
prior to sign installation.
2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated
as approved on September 20,2006.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
