CONDITIONS:
Approved subject to the Articles of Incorporation of Valley Forge Condominium
Association being recorded to assure maintenance of the buildings as well as the
bu i 1 ding sites.
Section
21.42.090 of th~ Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

In reg.rd to your request of June 19, 1974, this letter shall
serve as confirmation that the existing off-site improvements at the
subject 8ite have been accepted by the City. The City will have no
additional off-site requirements other than the neecessary excavation
permit for the driveway modification as shown upon the approved site
plan.
Your request to waive the Soils Investigation Report has been
referred to the City's BU1ldinq Department.
