All that certain real property situate in the city of Campbell, San-
ta Clara County, California, being portions of Parcel One and Two
described in deed recorded in Book E 195 Official Records at Page
048, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Walters ATe., said
point being the most northwesterly corner of Parcel One of afore-
said deed; thence along the centerline of Walters Ave N 760 40' E
65.00 feet6 thence leaving said center line S 150 53' E 65.02 feet;
thence S 0 27' 08" E 59.06 feet to a point on the southerly line
of said Parcel One; thence along said line S 760 40' W 49.2~ feet
to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence along the Westerly line
there of N 150 53' W 122.65 feet to the point of beginning. Contain-
ing 0.172 acres gross, more or less and 0.142 acres, net more or less.
Excluding therefrom the Northerly 20 feet within the right of way
of Walters Avenue.

point being distance N 760 40' E 65.00 feet from the most northwest-
erly corner of aforesaid Parcel One; thence along said center line
N 760 40' E 54.93 feet; thence along the Easterly line of Parcel
Two of said deed S 150 53' E 102.65 feet to the Southeast corner
thereof; thence alon8 the Southerly line common to Parcels One and
Two of said deed S 76 481 W 70.66 feet; thence N 00 27' 08" W
59.06 feet; thence N 15 53' W 65.02 feet to the point of beginning;
Containing 0.165 acres gross, more or less and 0.140 acres net, more
