Date / ,y C - '/ / , ./ c ~,.~ ~ " ~.\~\K ,;:;1 , PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL SPLCIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT #3 Pursuant to Sections 9315.11, et seq., of the Campbell Municipal Code, Charles S. Carothers is hereby granted a Special Development Permit to construct a four-unit apartment on property located at 700 West Vdlley Drive. Said property being more particularly described in an application filed in the office of the Planning Department on October 22, 1970. Public hearing before the City Council waived by Council on November 23, 1970. Said approval subject to the following conditions: 1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in "red" on plans. 2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for approval of the P~anning Director at time of application for building permit. 3. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $500.00 to be postedto insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking areas within three (3) months of completion of construction, or applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area prio~ to final building department clearance. 4. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape plan. 5. Install a six-foot high sight-obscuring fence with concrete floor and six-foot self-closing gates of sufficient si.ze to house trash containers in areas approved by the fire department. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances 'of the City of Car,lpbell. A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with Section 9319 of the Campbell Muncipal Code. B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code. C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan ch~ck shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, etc. D. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application is approved and permit issued by the building department. E. All fire extinguishers shall be installed in fire extinguisher cabinets. F. Applicant to construct remainder of street improvements on West Valley Drive frontage. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all appli- cable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
