bibs or sprinkler system and type of fcncillg to be submitted for
approval of the Planning Directo~ at til~e of application for building
permit.

5. An enclosure COllsisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a six
foot high solid Hall or fence shall be constructed to house trash
container in an area approved by the fire department. Said enclosu1 ~
to have six fout self-closing gates.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the
C it y 0 f C a In p b (; 11 .
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
uti lit i e sin c 1 u din g Hat e 1', sewer, e 1 e c t l' ie, tel e p h 0 n e and tel e-
vision cables, etc.
D. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of
the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be instailed until
application is approved and permit issued by the building departloent.
E. Applicant to install fire extinguishers in break-glass cabinets
in. laundry rooms and carports.
F. Applicant to obtain excavation permit for driveway approach
construction.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply Hith all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of C2tlpbell which pertain to this
