The purpose of this letter is to clarify the planning issues raised in your proposal regarding the properties identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 282-17-020, 1321 Porgy Ct., located in the City of San Jose and the adjacent parcel identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 282-17-018 located in the City of Campbell. Landlocked Parcel in City of Campbell APN 282-17-018 To determine the legality of the landlocked parcel, staff requested the applicant obtain a certificate of compliance from the City of Campbell for parcel.-\PN 282-17-018. To date, staff has not received a copy of the requested certificate of compliance. Staff spoke with City of Campbell staff regarding the subject parcel, and understand the parcel was not approved by a parcel map as required by the Subdivision Map Act and City of Campbell's Subdivision Ordinance. Campbell staff confirmed parcel lacks access in contravention of the Subdivision Map Act and is not currently recognized as a legal lot. Access Request to APN 282-17-018 via 1321 Porgy Ct., San Jose APN 282-17-020 Preliminary Review PRE 02-144 requested The City of San Jose consider a 10 foot access easement via 1321 Porgy Ct. to the landlocked parcel in Campbell.
