ROBERT U. KEIFER AND THE CITY OF CAMPBELL.
Robert H. Keifer Inc. on behalf of Robert H. Keifer, o~ner of that certain
property known 8S 1506 White Oaks Road, hereinafter called Assignor, does
hereby assign and set over to the City of Campbell, all right, title, and
interest of whatever nature of assignor, in and to the insured account of
assigner in Security Savings and Loan Association, 3510 Leigh Avenue, San
Jose, California, evidenced by an account in the amount of $7,550.00, num-
bered 08-41327-0, which is delivered to the City of Campbell herewith.
Assignor agrees that this assignment carries w~th it the right in the in-
surance of the account by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation,
and includes and gives the right to the City of Campbell to redeem, collect,
and withdraw up to $7,550.00 from such account at any time without notice to
assignor. This assignment is given cs security for the issuance of an agree-
ment identified as 575-20 between Robert H. Keifer and the City of Campbell.
Upon completion of all those items as set forth in said assignment identified
as 575-20, the City of Campbell will release all interest in the savings ac-
count numbered 08-41327-0.
Assignor hereby notifies Security Savings and Loan Association of this assign-
ment.

BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF ROBERT H. KEmPER, ET ox, AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council by
Robert H. Keifer, et UK, an agreement for the development of
their real property in accordance with prescribed conditions1 and,
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and concurrently
herewith, they have submitted a grant deed of certain portions of
their property for street purposes1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
execute the said agreement on behalf of said City: and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted in
connection therewith be and the same is hereby accepted.

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon whicll such appro~al was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtaiIlcd by making written application for saDe
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in "red" on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted
for approval of the Planning Director at time of application for
building permit.
3. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
4. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building
department clearance.
5. All mechancial equipment located on roofs shall be screened as
approved by the Planning Director.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances
of the City of Campbell.
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking
spaces to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper
guards.
B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
20.16.070 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and tele-
vision cables, etc.
D. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of
the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the Building Depart-
ment.
E. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that
any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage,
wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of
Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company. This
requirement applies to all sin8le family dwcllin8s, multiple
apartment units, to all commercial, business, industrial, manu-
facturing, and construction establishments.

development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire De-
partment. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of
a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have
self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
