RESOLUTION NO. 1140
BEING A RESOLUTION AUnlORIZING EXlctrrION
OF AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTING GUARDINO DUD.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to City of
Campbell by Joseph Guardino in connection with the
construction of a commercial building in said tlty,
together with a grant deed of certain land to said City,
and,
WHEREAS, the said agreement and deed have been
approved by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVIJ) by the City Council
that the Mayor be authorized to execute the sald agreement
on behalf of City of Campbell and that the deed presented
herewith be accepted and that the Clerk be authorized to
record or cause said deed to be recorded.

In accordance with Section 9316, Chapter 3, Article IX of The
Campbell Municipal Code of the City of Campbell, the undersigned hereby
makes application for approval of the attached plans.
1. The said improvements will be located on land described as
follows: (Insert or attach legal description.)
A portion of the NW 1/4, Section 34, Twp 7 5, Range 1 W,
M.D.B.AM., being a parcel of property 14,1 x 14",
located on Winchester Read and 6,' southerly from the
southerly line of Campbell Avenue in Campbell,California.

2. The nature and purpose of the proposed improvements are:
