of Campbell. Conditions of approval for such
development were adopted at the City Planning
Commi.sion meeting on March 18, 1958.
Your attention i. directed to parac:rraph (4) of
an Ac:rre..ent ..de and .ntered in1:o on March 24, 1958
between the owners of this prop.rty and the City of
Campbell. This paragraph stipulates that the owners
will ren.w said bond from year to year after its
initial period. In the event the bond c.nnot be
renewed, a new bond will be procured to cover the
remainder of the ten-year period of Agreement.
In conf~ance with the above stipul.tions,
will you pl.... pre..nt evidence to this office th.t
the .ubject bond h.. been renewed or that a new bond
haa been procur.d. Such evidence must be received

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Beginning at ~ point on the westerly line of the Santa Clara and
Los Gatoe Road, distantthereon Northerly 190 feet from the point
of intersection of said line of the Santa Clara and Los Gatos Road
wi th the Northerly line of Rincon Avenue,. said point of beginning
also being the Northeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land
conveyed by E..W. Ohlen, et ux, to Madeline Ulrich by Deed dated
October 9, 1940 and recorded October 14, 1940 in Book 1004 of
Official Records, page 375; thence along said line of the Santa
Clara and Los Gatos Road, Northerly 99:41 feet to the Southeasterly
corner of that certain 0.937 acre tract conveyed by Ellen Ao
Davidson, a widow, to Florence D. Cramer, by Deed Dated October
31, 1919 Rnd recorded May 22, 1920 in Book 517 of deeds, page 160
thence along the Southerly line of said 00937 acre tract of land,
~sterly 382080 feet to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence

parcel of land described in the Deed from the Santa Clara Valley
