Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:

Certification of soundproofing by an accoustical engineer
verifying that the proposed structure will ~e sufficiently
soundproofed to protect surrounding residences from noise.
2. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as
added in "red" on plans.
3. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be sub-
mitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of appli-
cation for building permit.
L~. Faithful perfor-mance bond in the a1!lOunt of $1,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or appli-
cant may file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing
and striping of parking area prior to final building department
clearance.
5. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
6. An enclosure of sufficient size to house trash containers
consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a six-foot high
solid wall or fence with six-foot minimum self-closing gates
shall be constructed in an area approved by the fire depar,trnent.
7. All heating and cooling equipment to be architecturally
screened.
8. If the applicant reaches an agreement w~th the adjoining
property owners, United Rent-All, to combine driveways for
improved parking and circulation, modified plans may be
submitted to staff for review and approval by the Planning
Director.
9. It is recommended that the sky lights be provided with
a second pane of glass with an air separation of at least
4 inches. It is essential that an effective seal be pro-
vided ar~und the entire periphery of the glass panes.
. 10. It is recommended that the roof top ventilator over the
kennel area be provided with a sound attenuating duct
to achieve some 25 to 30 dBA of additional attenuation.
11. It is recommended that the rear metal door be provided
with a good quality continuous seal around the entire
perimeter of the door or door jamb. This door should
be maintai~ed in a c10scd position at all possible times
to limit direct noise emissions.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is

A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319'of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check
shal~ indicate clearly the location of all connections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric,
telephone and television cables, etc.
D. Sign application to be submitted in acco~dance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and permit issue~.by the building
depal"tment.
E. Applicant to pay storm drainage fee in the amount of $170.00.
F. Applicant to construct sidewalk on Winchestel" Boulevard frontage.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ord{nances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and al"e not herein specified.
