Mr. Whaley to provide a letter confirming the full processing of the required Parcel Map. 2. Mr. Bradford to provide a letter confirming that the required dedication will be made by the new owneris) after escrow has closed. 3. Mr. Bradford to provide the required, executed agree- ment for the construction of the off-site improvements, together with faithful performance surety. 4. Public Works will provide a letter to the pertinant title company stating satisfaction that all conditions and requirements of the City as noted above, will be meet.
