SUBJECT: Meeting of 9 December 1976 with Mr. Bill
Bradford, Mr. Dennis Sullivan (attorney),
Mr. Warren Whaley (engineer)
In order to expedite the issuance of the building permit for this
project, and to minimize the logistical problems surrounding the
impending close of escrow, the interested parties in attendance
agreed to the following:
1. Mr. Whaley to provide a letter confirming the full
processing of the required Parcel Map.
2. Mr. Bradford to provide a letter confirming that the
required dedication will be made by the new owneris)
after escrow has closed.
3. Mr. Bradford to provide the required, executed agree-
ment for the construction of the off-site improvements,
together with faithful performance surety.
4. Public Works will provide a letter to the pertinant
title company stating satisfaction that all conditions
and requirements of the City as noted above, will be
meet.
It was understood by all that these arrangements are subject to the
approval of Bill Helms, Engineering Manager.
