We have operated this business for the past fourteen years, originally as the Continental Deli and more recently as the Russian Cafe and Deli. During this period we have had a beer and wine license. Our customers often request Vodka and Cognac from the former Soviet Union, because it is now available in the United States. In an effort to continue to provide specialty food and beverages for our customers, we are requesting approval of a general off-sale liquor license with our delicatessen. Our intention is still to continue to primarily provide specialty foods and delicatessen products from New York, Chicago and European Countries as well as to serve borscht and piroski. The current operating hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. will remain as well as the personalize serve.
