CONDITIONS:
1. Storm Drain Fee of $uSO.OO.
2. Parking and landscaping to be developed according to plan.
3. One (1) 10' x 30' loading area to be provided in rear of building (may
be moved to another location if necessary).
4. Landscaping plan indicating type of plant material to be submitted to
Staff for approval ,rior to issuance of Building Permit.
s. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $500.00. to be posted to
insure landscaping within 3 months of completion of building.
6. Sign for this development will have to be submitted for US" Approval.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one Ilundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (IS) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a nRW approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
