CONDITIONS:
1. Conditions of Variance 1965-3 to be complied with.
2. All signs to be approved by the Planning Commission.
3. Location of all vending machines to be approved by the Planning
Commission.
4. Parking area to be paved in compliance with Section 9319 of the Camr,bell
Municipal Code.
5. Adequate bumper guard to be installeJ. on north property line to prevent
cars from pulling onto site area at rear of operation.
6. Area to be landscaped as indicated on plan and landscape plan indicating
plant material to be presented prior to obtaining a Building iennit.
7. Faithful Perfonnance Bond in the amount of $50G to be posted to insure
landscaping within 3 months of completion of tJuilciing.
8. Adequate lighting to be restricted to the immediate drying area of the
operation.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be i~sued after the expiration date of any
approval until a DPW approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapt~r.
