This is to advise you that the street improvements have been installed at
the referenced location to the satisfaction of the City of Campbell.
Attached is a copy of the first page of an agreement that established the
owners' obligations to install the improvements, along with a copy of the
Notice of Completion which establishes the City's acceptance of the
improvements as constructed.
We have no further claim against the owners under the agreement.

AND ASSIGNMENT
AS SECURITY FOR PERFORMANCE by Assignor of the covenants and obligations set forth in
an Agreement for Land Development Improvements dated July 7, 1981 entered into between
the CITY OF CAMPBELL, a municipal corporation of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and CALIFORNIA SAVINGS & LOAN COMPANY, a corporation, whose principal
place of business is 800 Market Street, San Francisco, California 94102, the under-
signed does hereby assign, and set over to the CITY OF CAMPBELL, all right, title and
interest of whatever nature, of Assignor, in and to the insured amount of Assignor in
CALIFORNIA SAVINGS & LOAN COMPANY, 1998 South Bascom Avenue, Campbell, California 95008
evidenced by an account in the amount of $8,400.00 numbered 04-491005-1 which is
delivered to CITY herewith. Assignor agrees that this assignment carries with it the
right in insurance of the account by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation,
and includes and gives the right to CITY to redeem, collect and withdraw the full
amount of said account at any time without notice to Assignor. This assignment is
given as security for performance of the covenants and obligations set forth in the
above described Agreement.

2. General Section: This certifies that the Accountholder holds a non-transferable
savings account with the Opening Balance and for the initial term expiring on the
Initial Maturity Date shawn hereon in California Savings and Loan Company, San
FrancISco. California. The Accountholder may, from time to time with the consent of

No building permit shall be issed after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner pro- .

The applicant Is notified as part of this application that he/she is required
to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of
Campbell and laws of the State of California.
A All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All
parking spaces to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs
or bumper guards.
B Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
20.16.070 of the Campbell MuniCipal Code.
C Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities Including water, sewer, electric, telephone and
television cables, etc.
D Sign application to be submitted In accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be Installed
until application Is approved and permit Issued by the Building
Department. (Section 21.68.030 of the Campbell MunIcipal Code.)
E Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that
any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage,
wet garbage and rubbish prOduced within the limIts of the city
of Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company.
This requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, multiple
apartment units, to all commercial, busIness, IndustrIal,
manufacturing, and construction establishments.
