Whereas, "Owners" have been advised, that they cannot establish reciprocal easements for access and parking over their lands, but can and may reserve such easements in the event of sale by them of the said Real Property. An easement for the purpose of furnishing access and the right of ingress and egress between the parking areas situated on each parcel, and 2.
