Dear Mr. Tierney:
The Planning and Public Works Directors have conditionally approved your
request for approval of a Lot Line Adjustment between the above referenced
parcels based upon the finding that the proposed adjustment is consistent
with the General Plan and Zoning on these properties. This approval is
subject to the following conditions:
1. Execution and recordation of the "Memorandum Agreement on
access conditions and shared parking" and
2. Record a deed granting the property.
Item 1 above must be scheduled for consideration by the City Council.

1991, by and between Howard W. Jundt and Patricia M. Jundt,
husband and wife, as Trustees under the terms of a Declaration of
Trust, herein under referred to as "OWNERS"', and the City of
Campbell, a Municipal Corporation of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, hereinafter referred to as "city."

Whereas, Owners applied to City for Approval of a lot line
adjustment adjusting the property line between two parcels located
at 2006 and 201~ Winchester~levard, assessor's parcel
nUmber~-031 and 412-05-032 and
~~ereas, the Planning Director of City of Campbell has
conditioned its approval of the lot line adjustment as follows:
"An indication of recorded joint use agreement for
ingress/egress and share parking between parcels."
Whereas, "Owners" have been advised, that they cannot
establish reciprocal easements for access and parking over their
lands, but can and may reserve such easements in the event of sale
by them of the said Real Property.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually Agreed by the Parties hereto
that said Condition hereinabove set forth shall be considered as
Complied with by "OWNER", upon their promise and agreement to
reserve the following easements in any deed conveying the real
property to which the Condition applies to third partiesi
1. An easement for the purpose of furnishing access and the
right of ingress and egress between the parking areas situated on
each parcel, and
2. An easement for the purpose of parking vehicles of the
owners, tenants, concessionaires, customers, licensees, and
invitees on each and all of the portions of each parcel as is or
are improved by any party from time for parking or accommodation
of vehicles
The undersigned "OWNERS" for and in consideration of the
granting of their said application, do by this Instrument hereby
