Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:,
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon whicil such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

1. Conformance with Section 9126 of the Camphc 11 Municipal Code.
including:
a. Dedication to 90' Plan Line on Winchester Boulevard and
30' sideline on Sunnyside Avenue.
b. -Bxecute Agreement for an L.I.D. for public ilftprovements
th Tl)ughout frontage on both \Hnches tel' Boulevard and
Sunnyside Avenue.
c. Execute Agreement to contract said public improvements
in the event L.I.D. proceerlings are not effected within
a time limit to be specified by the City. Said time
limit will be specified at time of application for
Building Permit.
d. Storm Drain fee in the amount of $17fJ.OO.
2. Building to be built according to Pire Zone II re~ulations.
3. Install a metal trash contain~r to house all construction debris.
4. Install an enclosure (may be of redwood construction) with a
concrete floor to house metal trash container. as shown on plan (
sheet 1\-2).
5. Improve parking area in accordance with Section 9319 of the
Campbell Municipal Code. including provision for 12 or 13 spaces.
6. Provide landscaping in areas indicated on plans.
7. Submit landscaping plan. specifying types of plant! to be used,
when applying for Building Permi t.
8. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $500.00 to be provided
to insure completion of landscaping within three (3) months after
construction of building.
9. Sign shall have interior illumination with HO flashing or moving
lights.
10. Any air-conditioning or other equipment installed on reof to be
enclosed in a manner to be approved by Planning Director and
Building Official.

RESOLUTION NO. 1980
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF OBED L. TUNSTALL AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by Obed L. Tunstall an agreement for the development of
his real property in accordance with prescribed conditions; and,
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and
concurrently herewith he has submitted grant deeds of certain
portions of his property for street purposesi
NOW1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said CitYi and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted
in conneotion therewith be and the same is hereby accepted.
