O. Oltmann, for construction of Drive-in Restaurant & Sign to be located at 2275 Winchester Boulevard (Northwest cor- ner of EI Caminito and Winchester.1I Condition Number three is as follows: No driveway openings to be allowed on Winchester Frontage. Please note that the undersigned finds all other conditions fully acceptable. I feel that the imposition of this condition on this or any other property on Winchester Boulevard is not a valid well-planned solution to the Winchester traffic problem. A more reasonable approach to planning for Winchester Boulevard developement should begin with the proposal to widen the boulevard to its ultimate width. Full street improvements along entire frontage on Winchester Blvd. & El Caminito. 2. Storm Drain fee in amount of $200.00. 3. No driveway openings to be allowed on Winchester frontage. 4. Execute petition for L.I.D. for street improvements. 5. Landscaping and fencing to be provided as shown and as added on plan. 6. Landscaping plan indicating type of plant material to be submitted at time of application for building permit. 7. Faithful Performance Bond in amoutn of $500.00 to be posted to insure landscaping within three (3) months of completion of building. 8. Parking area to be paved in accordance with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code. 9. a) Install metal trash container to house all construction debris; b) Install an enclosure with concrete floor to house metal trash container for occupant located in area designated as refuse area .
