Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such, approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

CONDITIONS or APPFWVAL - "S" 72-53
1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in "red" on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted
for approval of the Planning Director at time of application
for building permit. All planter areas t~ be enclosed within
4" to 6" raised concrete curbs.
3. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plCln.
4. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $2,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping,fencing and striping of parking ar'ca within
three (3) months of cOlnpletion of construction, or applicant may
file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and
striping of parking area prior to final building department
clearance.
5. Trash container{s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the fire
depar-tment. Unless ctherHise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist
of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid walloI' fence and have
self-closing doors of a size specified by the fire department.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances
of the City of Campbell.
A.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

D. Sign applicati0n to be submitted in accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all sisns. No sign to he installed
until application is approved ilnd permit issued by the building
department.
E. All roof-mounted equipment to be enclosed in a manner approved
by the planning director.
F. Ho building pCl'mit to be issued until zoning hccoj"c~.; final on
October 11, 1972.

G. One class "2 ABC" fire extinguisher' to be provided for each
store.
H. Owners to dedicate street right_of_way for Budd Avenue to
provide for a 60-foot-wide street.
I. Owners to construct street improvements on Budd Avenue.
J. Storm drainage area fee to be paid to city at the rate of

K. All utilities to be furnished underground.
