I. Owner shall take necessary steps to remove easement through middle of
Parcel I prior to recordation of map.
2. The final map thereof shall be fi led with the City Engineer for
examination, approval and recordation in accordance with the
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. .

SUBJECT: Final Parcel Map
Lands of Pursley, et al
Winchester Boulevard
Dear Mr. Clegg:
Enclosed please find a check print of the final map recently submitted
to this office. As you can see, the main changes are the name of the
City Engineer, the wording of the Engineer's Certificate and an
additional storm sewer easement.
Also enclosed are the forms for dedication of the storm drain ease-
ment which may be signed by the owners at the same time they sign the
map. Please return the original and one copy to this office. I will
see that the easement is recorded prior to the map.
Roy Stark is going to contact the title company about issuing a sub-
division guaranty and he will also obtain a $5.00 check payable to the
County of Santa Clara to cover their recording fee.
Once we receive the signed Parcel Map. the dedication of storm drain
easement, subdivision guaranty and $5.00 recording fee, we will be
able to have the map recorded.

SUBJECT: Parcel Map 76-10, Improvement Plans
2525 Winchester Boulevard (Campbell P~aza)
Dear Mr. Clegg:
In order to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience for the
developers of the subject site, this department released
the building permit for the project upon reoeipt of a letter
from Mr. Stark indicating that you were preparing the re-
quired map and improvement plans.
Subsequently, without benefit of alE roved plans, the developer
has been allowed to oonstruct the mprovements under con-
tinuous supervision of the Public Works Inspectors.
Final inspection and, ultimately, acceptance of the im-
provements could be accomplished in the near future, pro-
viding that we have on file an approved set of "as built"
plans. You are hereby requested to prepare these lias builts"
and submit them to this office for review and approval.
As you recall, the processing of the Parcel Map was delayed
while an erroneous easement was being relocated. It has
been indicated to this office that the relocation has now
been accomplished. We can now proceed with the processing
of the m?p, and you are requested to submit the final map
for revie\.y.
