1. Traffic:
a. Peak hour demand for a coffee kiosk will generate traffic queues that are likely to back
up into the driveway and onto West Parr Avenue.
b. Queuing will effectively block off north aisle, disrupt on-site circulation, and require the
removal of at least two existing on-site parking spaces.
2. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Measures: Prior to issuance of any grading or building
permits, the applicant shall comply with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) permitting requirements and the California Storm Water Best
Management Practices handbook prepared by the Storm Water Quality Task Force, Santa
Clara Valley Water District and the City of Campbell Municipal Code regarding StOffi1
Water Pollution Prevention. The City will provide the applicant with information to satisfy
this item.

Jacky Boy's Pizza
Kiosk formerly occupied by Federal Express.
Adinya Manashirov, the operator of Jacky Boy's intends to
lease the above named kiosk for the purpose of serving
coffee to passing motorists on our property.
