RESOLUTION NO. 3861
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF FRANCIS P. HOPKINS, ET AL AGREE~NT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by Francis Po Hopkins, et al, an agreement for the develop-
ment of their real property in accordance with prescribed
conditions; and,
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and concur-
rently herewith they have submitted grant deeds of certain
portions of their property for street purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the
said agreement on behalf of sa~d City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted
in connection therewith be and the same is hereby ac~epted.

1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of pl~t material, location of hose bibs,
or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for approval of
the Planning Director at time of appl ication for bui lding permit.
3. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape
plan.
4. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be posted to insure
landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within three (3) months
of completion of construction, or appl icant may file written agreement to
complete landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area prior to final
bui lding department clearance.
5, All mechanicalequipment located on roofs shall be screened as approved
by the Planning Director.
6. Sight obscuring fence required along westerly property line.
The appl icant is notified as part of this appl ication that he is required to
meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of
Campbell.
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compl iance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spaces to be
provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
B. Underground util ities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall indicate
clearly the location of all connections for underground util ities including
water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, etc.
D. Sign appl ication to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the sign
ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed unti 1 appl ication is
approved and permit issued by the building department.
E. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell t1unicipal Code stipulates that any
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage
and rubbish produced \vithin the limits of the City of Campbell shall be
made with Green Val ley Disposal Company. This requirement appl ies to all
single family dwel lings. multiple apartment units, to all commercial,
business, industrial, manufacturing, and construction establishments.
F. Trash containers of a size and quantity necessa.ry to serve the development
shall be located in areas approved by the fire department. Unless other-
vlise noted, enclosures shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a
sol id wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the
fire department. All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
