Public Hearing to consider the application of Ms. Breanna Chamberlin, on behalf of Roland and Pierre Kamber, for a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2006-107) to allow the construction of a new residence on property owned by Roland and Pierre Kamber located at 1750 Westmont Avenue in an R-1-9 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEOA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days.
